How to Fix Canon Printer Cartridges :
Step One ( Hardware ) :
- If the printer has not used , then want to repair, it would be nice printer cartridges soaked in warm diair ( to facilitate ink frozen ) . Warm water should soak the bottom and the side of the cartridge .
- Soak for - / + 15 minutes , then drain until dry (can wipe gently with a soft cloth ) .
- Please fill cartridges with a special type of printer ink canon printer you ( if empty ink ) .
- re-insert the cartridge into your Canon printer .
- please turn on your printer , do not forget the drivers have been installed beforehand .
Step Two ( Software ) :
- Please you download the software Resetter ( iPTool 1.1.4 ) to the type of Canon printer : IP1200 , IP1300 , IP1600 , IP1700 , IP1800 , iP1880 , iP2200 , IP2500 . [ Download here ] .
- Run the program iPTool.exe
- See the Reset Counters menu , the submenu Ink Counter please click "Reset Black " , then the dialog box appears select yes please you , do the same thing on "Reset Color " .
- See the menu below that Waste Ink Counter , please click the "Reset Main " , then the dialog box , select the course yes . Do the same thing on "Reset Platen " .
- See the EEPROM Operations menu and click the "Reset " , then a dialog box pops up just select yes .
- Finished , click Exit .
